i have a feeling this entry will be longer than usual. lets go in the chronological order.
Grad day first. bailu's farewell bash was more joyous than expected, of course there was sadness, with the tears shed equally by bailu and bernice. :) huiming and ju really did a fantastic job, especially the emo part starring ms tan. and i can testify huiming sacrificed her sleep for the montage, cos i saw her online at like 2am. after all the emotions, the class scrambled into photo taking mode and everyone skidded around the class to pose and smile.
anyway, thanks to all those who gave farewell notes. lol, they were quite heartening except tt one note said i am a bit slack. sometimes, we dont really have to hear the truth, right leona? but dun worry, i shall take it in good will. i liked it best when yiyi said i am 'not kiasu', geez, i appreciate this though maybe it means the same thing as leona's adjective. haha jk.

and after the grad certs were collected, we proceeded to the quadrangle to take a class pic. everyone was impressed by the final product. totally one of the most spectacular class photo ever taken. definitely worth us braving the strong sun and shouting like fanatics to any passing stranger to help us take the pic so tt mrs chang can join in.
perfect except tt ju held her cert in e wrong direction.
however, the grad ceremony in the evening was far from expectations. totally humid and un-entertaining. like who in the world would enjoy being stuck in a chair for more than 3 hrs? half the class totally couldnt stand it and went out of the hall for a breather.
firstly i said hi to gaston so loudly tt even shiyu was shocked. lol, then i went down to converse with shiyu's parents. it was quite enjoyable cos her mum, my fellow serene, has a great memory and rmbs me from the party. maybe cos we share the same name. and although her dad looks strict and firm, he still shows humor of another kind by asking me to call him every month to update him on shiyu's perfomance in sch.
after this, i approached shihui's parents and introduced myself. i think they were quite shocked by my initiative, especially since i requested tt they invite me to their hse soon. anyway uncle and aunty, i will still be expecting your invitation. :)
in conclusion, the only thing tt saved the grad ceremony is the gift. i think everyone would like tt teddy bear. it's cute and branded, wad else can u ask for?
by the way, when my mum was sorting out the certificates today, i saw how 'guai kia' i looked in kindergarten.
